KeyCut for floors includes floor members that are cut to the exact length needed, then marked so that no additional layout work needs to be performed.
KeyCut floor members include:
| Joists |
|
Floor joists are cut to exact length or can be left a few inches, based on customer preference.
Each Joists is marked with a label the corresponds to the label on the rim and plate that it will rest on.
Joists can have holes for mechanical runs pre-bored!

| Girders |
|
LVL members in the floor system are cut to exact lengths and labelled.
Locations of the members that each girder is supporting is marked on the face of the LVL,

| Treated Plates |
|
Floor systems that rest on a foundation can have precut sill plates created.
Each plate is cut to the exact length needed.
The location of every floor member that rests on the plate is marked on two sides of the plate for easy assembly.

| Rim |
|
Each rim member is cut and labeled.
The location of every floor member that ends against that rim is called out on the side and top of the rim.
